About the event

We're going to try the breakfast theme for the second time, although the theme is only a suggestion; you can bring any vegan dish you're interested in working on. We would like to challenge you to make dishes which maximize nutrition in ways that still taste great. Tofu scramble is pretty easy to make; I'm working on making a good tasting omelette. Caroline is going to make pine bark crackers (!) with a nut pate and berries. If interested in the food of other cultures, consider dishes like dim sum and kongee. A fruit plate or raw vegetables with dip would also be welcome. We will meet at the usual location in Fitchburg; email us if you need the address.
