VTK meeting: Sounds weird, but might taste good!

Chili with fruit? Crackers made of pine bark? Reasonable dippers with strange sauce? Anything you can think of that sounds strange based on ingredients, combination, color etc. this is the time to try it out, just ahead of April Fool's day.
